Shree Chhatrapati Shivaji Charitable Trust was registered with the Charity Commissioner under the Bombay Public Trust Act 1950 on 27th May, 2002. Although Shree Chhatrapati Shivaji Charitable Trust (SCSCT), was established just 2 ½ year back, its trustees have been carrying out various development activities, with their own fund, in their respective areas, since a long time. The trustee provided school books, uniforms, fees, notebooks and even ration to the socio-economically backward segments of the society.

Shree Chhatrapati Shivaji Charitable Trust (SCSCT) also takes up issues to fight injustice and fraud meted to the exploited sections, thereby, making them aware of their own rights, as citizens of this country.

An ambulance services was also pressed into service during the severe earthquake, in Gujarat, in 2001. The ambulance enabled carry 361 corpses from the tragedy site to the crematorium & the injured to the hospital for treatment. The ambulance service continues even today round the clock.
